The purpose of this video series is to try to explain to mainly business people or people who sort of know about Salesforce about what it does and what it can do without going into much technical aspects. Some of them will be going into the more the technical details but the majority is explaining what does Salesforce do and what can you do with it.
The initial focus of the series is talking about generic Salesforce information like terminology, learning paths, Trailhead etc. The aim is in future session to dive into the different clouds. The purpose of those sessions is explaining functionality of the cloud, for example why using page layouts
These sessions have a dual purpose. First of all it’s helping those who want to become certified to get a better understanding on how the system works and why certain options are or are not there. Second it is to support businesses who have taken on Salesforce in getting up to speed with what is in there, terminology and what options there are
The reason behind these sessions is that over the last decade working on multiple projects, lots of businesses find it challenging to explain Salesforce to their users as well as planning where to further develop their org.
